Virtual and hybrid event production

Polished, high-stakes experiences that bring people together without the operational chaos — backed by more than 400 virtual and hybrid productions since 2020.

The short answer

West Peek Productions produces virtual and hybrid events end to end: run of show, speaker rehearsal, live technical direction, and the content that outlives the broadcast. We have produced more than 400 virtual and hybrid experiences since 2020.

Moderated single-session productions sit in our published $2,500 to $7,500 band. Summits, conferences and hybrid events with an in-room audience are a separate category at $10,000 to $50,000 and above.

What we actually run

A virtual or hybrid event is not one job. It is a sequence of them, and the ones that go wrong publicly are almost always the ones nobody was assigned. We take the whole sequence.

Formats we produce

Conferences, summits, galas, career fairs, internal all-hands, community gatherings, panel series and product launches. The format changes the run of show; it does not change the discipline.

What we need from you to scope it

Seven inputs are enough to place a job in a price band and identify the rehearsal and failover work it needs:

  1. Event type
  2. Target date
  3. Expected audience size
  4. Speaker count
  5. Single-run session or part of a series
  6. The platform you already hold a licence for, if any
  7. The moments in the show that must not fail

Why the event is rarely the whole job

West Peek Productions began in 2020 as a turnkey virtual and hybrid event production partner. After more than 400 events, one pattern became impossible to ignore: the organisations getting the strongest outcomes were building something around the moment — an audience, a story, a relationship, a community that continued after the screen went dark.

That is why event production here sits next to community strategy, storytelling and content, and audience growth rather than in a vendor silo. You can hire us for a single show. Most of the value shows up when the show is designed to feed what comes next.

Common questions

How much does virtual event production cost?

West Peek Productions produces moderated webinars in the $2,500 to $7,500 range. Executive summits, online conferences and hybrid productions are a separate category at $10,000 to $50,000 and above. Where a job lands inside a band is decided by speaker count, rehearsal depth, whether the session is single-run or a series, and failover posture. Full cost breakdown.

How far ahead should a production be booked?

Two to three weeks is workable for a straightforward single-speaker webinar. Multi-speaker panels, live demos and hybrid rooms need longer, because speaker rehearsal availability rather than production capacity is the constraint.

What makes an event hybrid rather than virtual?

An in-room audience. The moment people are physically present, you add room audio, room vision, and the work of making the remote audience feel equally present rather than like they are watching someone else's meeting. That is also what moves a job into the higher price category.

What are you trying to build?

Tell us the event type, the date, the audience size, the speaker count and the moments that must not fail. That is enough to place the job in a band and tell you what it needs.
