Community strategy and activation

Community is not a channel. It is an operating advantage — and it is built deliberately or not at all.

The short answer

We help organisations define who a community is for, why people participate, how engagement actually happens, and what keeps the relationship valuable over time.

This is the work that makes every other engagement compound. An event with a community behind it produces something durable; an event without one produces a recording.

What we work on

Why we have a view on this

West Peek Productions is backed by the broader West Peek community of more than 5,000 founders, operators, investors, creatives and builders. We are not describing community strategy from the outside. The operating principle behind that network is a plain one: good people should meet good people.

How the work compounds

An experience creates content. Content grows an audience. An audience strengthens a community. A strong community creates the next opportunity. Community strategy is the part that closes that loop instead of letting each effort start from zero.

Common questions

Is community strategy separate from event production?

They are sold separately and they work better together. An event is the most reliable way to activate a community, and a community is what makes an event worth more than its recording. Most of our engagements involve both.

What are you trying to build?

Tell us the event type, the date, the audience size, the speaker count and the moments that must not fail. That is enough to place the job in a band and tell you what it needs.
